The floor linings manufactured with Axminster technology are made on roller or Jacquard looms. The elements of the usable surface are cut to a fixed fleece height. In a finished product, they are fixed doubly, by the weave and the latex. It means that the carpets don't unstitch and the whole product is braided. All products from Kowary are characterised by their durability and never foliate.

A special characteristic is the possibility of weaving patterns with an unlimited number of colours. The Jacquard looms allow obtaining very different, also multi-format patterns.

Kowarskie  The floor linings from Kowary are made with 80% wool and 20% polyamide. Our products combine the qualities of both materials. The wool is a natural fibre with a high moisture-absorbing capacity. Even with a 33%, moisture, the material doesn?t seem damp. This is very important for the hygienic parameters of our products, in the meantime permitting to stop dust - every person with an allergy will appreciate this fact. The wool fibres are also elastic and highly resistant to crushing. A specific structure of the fibres contributes to an increase of air content in the products. This guarantees a good thermal insulation and better acoustic parameters of the rooms.
    The polyamide fibres are highly resistant to mechanical factors - abrasion, tension, breaking. Polyamide is preventing the wool from felting, which is an inevitable characteristic of all products made with 100% wool.

The whole manufacturing process is realised in our plant - from the design of a pattern, through the production of the yarn, dyeing and weaving, until the finishing of the final product. In this way, Kowary has the possibility to control quality on every stage of the manufacturing process.

Our design studio employs high-class artists, with many years of experience, but also young. Our offer included about 200 patterns. We offer classical, modern, oriental, nature-inspired floor linings. They are completed by an extremely rich pattern archive. We are still creating new collections and individual products for hotels, restaurants, office spaces. For every special request of our customers we are able to prepare almost every pattern. An image of the starry sky, fragments of impressionist paintings, customer?s logo, tartan or an African predator - this is only a little sample of our customers? wishes that we have already realised.
